Founder of Potential
Potential was founded by Mark Hawes, who has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the realm of human resources and talent management. Throughout this time he has led HR and Talent teams across financial services on both buy and sell sides.
Mark partnered with and consulted numerous leaders across various sectors. With a reputation for open and honest collaboration his interactions revealed a common need for a novel approach to people strategy, especially as organisations were experiencing rapid growth. This realisation served as the catalyst for the establishment of Potential, with a vision to provide innovative and effective solutions in the ever-evolving landscape of people management.
